Andrea Mellor is a Level 3 certified personal trainer based at PureGym Altrincham, specialising in body confidence, weight loss, muscle tone, and strength and conditioning for women. Serving Altrincham, Hale, Sale and Timperley, she helps clients build a body — and a mindset — they actually feel good in.
Andrea has been a gym-goer for over two decades. She’s run 10ks, taken every class going, and in recent years moved into bodybuilding. That range means one thing for you: whatever brings you into the gym — weight loss, tone, strength, confidence, or just feeling better — she’s done it herself and knows how to coach it.
She also runs a dedicated Menopause Workshop at PureGym Altrincham — because training through menopause isn’t about training harder, it’s about training smarter. If you’re navigating hormonal change, joint niggles, or just feel like your old routines have stopped working, Andrea builds programmes that work with your body, not against it.
Her approach is genuinely refreshing: nothing is off the table, no question is too small, and she’d rather have a proper conversation than hand you a printed plan. You’ll find her on the gym floor most days — come over and say hello.
